Job summary

Southeast Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Therapist to join the First Episode Psychosis Program in our Delaware and Morrow County offices. You will provide trauma-informed, recovery-focused counseling and work with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to promote engagement, stability, and long-term recovery.

Responsibilities include individual counseling, outreach, psychoeducation, and collaboration with care teams to connect clients with community resources.

Qualifications

  • LSW/LPC required; master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SPMI and/or SUD population required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
  • Knowledge of community resources and healthcare services.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance.

Therapist - First Episode Psychosis Program

Make a difference at a critical moment in someone’s mental health journey. We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled Therapist to join a specialized team providing services to individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis related to mental illness in our Delaware and Morrow County offices.


In this role, you’ll provide trauma-informed, recovery-focused counseling while working collaboratively with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to promote engagement, stability, and long‑term recovery.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions to assigned clients.
