Job summary

One Love Agency in Pocatello, Idaho is hiring a full-time Counselor/Therapist (LPC, LCPC, MSW, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, SUDC) to join our growing team. You will manage a diverse caseload serving adults and youth, delivering individual, family, and group therapy.

Our collaborative, client-centered model puts the family at the center, with case managers, CBRS specialists, and peers working together to support treatment plans and community reintegration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related field.
• Active Idaho license or pursuing licensure with supervision offered.
• Ability to pass state background checks and stay compliant with regulations.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry a therapy caseload serving adults and youth with individual, family, and group work.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Coordinate with case managers, CBRS specialists, and peers to support clients.
• Provide supervision to clinicians as license progresses and contribute to program development.
