Acenda Integrated Health in Glassboro, NJ seeks a Therapist FFS/PT to provide counseling and mental health services, including evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of mental health issues. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice within an integrated health system.

The Therapist will maintain an active caseload, document progress, coordinate care with other providers, and support insurance paperwork, ensuring ethical and compliant service delivery in a community setting.

Formación

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or similar degree.
• One or more years of direct care experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to exercise independent thinking and good judgment.
• Ability to analyze work, set goals and develop plans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide counseling including relationship, premarital, separation, divorce, and child counseling services.
• Gathers information through interviews, observations and assessments.
• Identify problematic behavioral patterns and collaborate on treatment.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Facilitate client linkages and access to appropriate treatment and referrals.
• Support other providers according to the treatment plan.
• Maintain an active caseload and accurate records.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of written and verbal communications.
• Assist with quality/compliance/risk activities as required.
• Prepare paperwork for insurance companies.
