Qualifications

• Master's degree in social/behavioral sciences from an accredited institution.
• Current Texas license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in good standing.
• Maintain First Aid certification.
• Maintain CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years paid work experience providing psychotherapy.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Comfortable working with clients across the lifespan, including age 4+.

Responsibilities

• Screen new clients to identify presenting problems and address urgent issues.
• Administer psychosocial assessments.

• Collaborate with clients, physicians, and other providers to develop client-centered interventions.
• Re-assess clients and update treatment plans as needed.
• Work a full-time flexible schedule, including evenings and some weekends.
• Meet with a clinical supervisor monthly to review client cases.
• Document all client encounters and activities within three working days.
• Perform billing activities following agency procedures.
• Participate in required meetings and training sessions.
• Advise patients on health and illness prevention, including family planning services.
• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and research.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
