Job summary

Clover Staffing seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Morgan Hill, CA team and support a licensed therapist in delivering patient-centered care.

You will implement treatment plans, help patients develop daily living skills, collect progress data, educate families, and maintain accurate records.

Candidates must hold NBCOT-certified COTA (COTA-L licensure where required), complete ACOTE-accredited OTA training with fieldwork; BLS/CPR and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OTA program completed with required fieldwork.
• NBCOT COTA certification or equivalent (COTA-L licensure where required).
• BLS/CPR certification and high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and help patients perform therapeutic activities.
