Job summary

Summit BHC's Dona Ana County Crisis Triage Center in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Therapist-1 to join a multidisciplinary team providing direct clinical services, including psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology with current licensure, CPR and de‑escalation certification, and is onsite. A $10,000 sign‑on bonus and active involvement in discharge planning and community linkages are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology required.
• Current state licensure as a social worker, counselor, or therapist.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and plan treatment.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Offer crisis intervention to patients and families.
• Maintain clinical documentation and coordinate care.
• Liaise with referral sources and support continuity of care.
