Job Summary

We are seeking Associate Clinical Social Workers who are passionate about providing affirming therapy to adults, couples, and families. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience, strong clinical skills, and demonstrated comfort working with LGBTQIA2S+ clients.

Duties

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental and behavioral healthcare therapy via video chat
• Use evidenced-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments
• Develop effective and individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients
• Help clients develop insights into their experience, feelings, and relationships
• Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan, and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms

Requirements

• Active CSWA (OR)
• Minimum 1 year of post-graduate mental health experience
• Experience providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Demonstrated experience working with LGBTQIA2S+ populations and neurodivergent populations
• Ability to maintain a full-time caseload (minimum 20 client sessions per week)
• Comfortable providing hybrid telehealth services (virtual practice across OR)
• Must be able to provide services in Oregon
