Job summary

Harmony Place is seeking compassionate clinicians licensed in California to provide individual therapy and facilitate group psychotherapy within an established multidisciplinary clinic expanding into San Jose. The role emphasizes collaborative, evidence-based care for complex presentations, with opportunities for co-treatment and professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD (verifiable by the BBS)
• Clinical experience treating mental health, trauma, eating disorders, or addictions
• Strong assessment, case conceptualization, treatment planning, and therapeutic alliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy and facilitate group psychotherapy.
• Participate as an integral member of treatment teams for day treatment and intensive outpatient programs.
• Contribute to case consultation, treatment planning, and quality clinical documentation.

What we’re looking for

• Licensed in California as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, PsyD (verifiable by the BBS).
