Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Therapist role based in Flint, MI, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Therapist will provide individual and family counseling to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, sexual addictions, and life transitions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating ongoing therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The Therapist will collaborate with other clinicians, participate in case consultations, and contribute to a supportive, ethical, and client-centered environment. The role also involves timely communication with clients and referral sources, adherence to professional standards, and engagement in continued learning and supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
