Lighthouse Youth & Family Services in Cincinnati, OH seeks an experienced Mental Health Therapist (LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC) for PRN school-based work. Provide individual, group and family counseling in the office, home, and community settings to support youth and families within a therapeutic team.

Starting at $26/hour, pay scales to $41.22/hour depending on licensure and education; Lighthouse offers loan forgiveness programs, wellness benefits, and supervised licensure progression.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in corresponding field (LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC) and provide individual, group and family therapy.
• Experience in school-based or community-based mental health settings preferred.
• Ability to work in office, home, and community contexts and collaborate with a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family counseling.
• Engage in family advocacy and support as part of a therapeutic team.
• Conduct risk and diagnostic assessments and develop individual service plans.
