Key Recovery, part of Universal Health Services in Brookhaven, PA, seeks a Primary Therapist to deliver high-quality services to dually diagnosed/chemically dependent adults in an outpatient setting.

You will coordinate the continuum of care, assess clinical needs, deliver individual and group therapies, ensure a safe milieu, participate with the multidisciplinary team, and manage discharge planning and community referrals.

Responsibilities

Key Recovery, located in Brookhaven, Pennsylvania, offers substance use disorder and dual diagnosis treatment for adults in an outpatient setting.

The Primary Therapist is responsible for monitoring and delivering high quality services to dually diagnosed/chemically dependent patients. Primaryresponsibilities include:Coordination of the full continuum of care;Assessment and documentation of clinical needs; Implementing and delivering individual, group and educational services; The provision of a of a safe and therapeutic milieu; Crisis intervention and full participationwith the multidisciplinary team toward meeting a patient's treatment plan objectives. Discharge planning and referrals to community resources required.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

A Master’s level mental health professional (with a degree in a related mental health discipline from an accredited college) with one years full-time experience in a chemical /sexual dependency treatment setting
