Advocates is a nonprofit organization providing in-home therapy, therapeutic mentoring, and in-home behavioral services to children and families. We seek empathetic professionals to join a collaborative treatment team serving youth up to age 21 in homes and communities.
Minimum education is an Associate's Degree with at least one year of experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a valid driver's license for client transport. Evening and weekend availability is required.
Starting Rate: $20.42/hour
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm with availability at least two nights per week until 8 pm.
Join our team! Advocates is seeking empathetic, compassionate, driven professionals to offer clinical and supportive services to children and families. We support children and families in managing a wide range of challenges through our In Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, and In Home Behavioral Services programs. Our Therapeutic Youth Support staff work with children and adolescents up to age 21 through activities in homes and in the community. Services include supporting, coaching, and training children in age‑appropriate behaviors, interpersonal communication, problem‑solving and conflict resolution, and relating to other children, adolescents, and adults. You will have the opportunity to be part of a treatment team, to utilize your skills and knowledge, and to learn new strategies. We offer a collaborative team environment, weekly individual supervision, and monthly training and group supervision.
