Job summary

Pathway Family Services in Topeka, KS is seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor to lead direct care staff and promote a therapeutic environment for youth. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and well-being in daily operations.

The role requires 21+, a high school diploma, two years in a residential setting, Safe Crisis Management training, and certification training within the first year. You will collaborate with case management, therapy, and education.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a residential program.
• Successful completion of Safe Crisis Management training.
• Attendance and certification training for Residential Child & Youth Care within first year.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of program staff and overseeing care in a residential setting.
• Promote Trauma Informed Care and staff development.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times.
• Lead staff meetings, provide feedback and coaching, and document progress.
• Collaborate with case management, therapy, and education teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support emergencies.
