Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center is seeking a Residential Specialist at our Turning Point Ranch in Umatilla, FL. This full-time role supports girls aged 11-17 with behavioral health needs, implementing treatment plans and providing direct care in a supervised setting.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in behavioral health, crisis intervention skills, and ability to work evenings/weekends. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in behavioral health setting.
• Experience with direct client care in mental health or substance use.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document client behavior and progress for clinical team.
• Provide direct care including crisis intervention and de-escalation.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and activities.
• Maintain safety for clients and staff per protocols.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain accurate client records per policies and regulations.
• Support new programs to improve outcomes.
