Designs academic programming to develop critical thinking in real-life contexts.
Develops valid summative and formative assessments and uses data to guide instruction.
Follows VHBG policies and accreditation requirements.
Engages in self-reflection and professional growth to improve outcomes.
Collaborates with parents and stakeholders on academic and behavioral concerns.
Markets VHBG services to service providers to inform placements.
Maintains open lines of communication with families and staff.
Participates in School Improvement Teams to refine instructional and behavioral programming.
Performs additional duties as assigned by the Director or supervisor.
