Discovery Ranch South in Cedar City, Utah is seeking a part-time Teacher's Aide to support middle and high school students in Social Studies, Science, Math or Language Arts. You will assist teachers, help with assignments and tests, and meet with advisees weekly to track goals.

Qualifications

• Provide evidence of completing 48 College Credit Hours OR Associate’s Degree OR Praxis ParaPro within 30 days of employment.
• 21+ years of age and eligible to work in USA.
• Able to pass background check and motor vehicle record check; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering classroom instruction in Social Studies, Science, Math or Language Arts as needed.
• Support middle and high school students with curriculum, assignments, study skills, and tests.
• Meet weekly with a few advisees to set goals, monitor progress and provide encouragement.
