Prosperity Children's Services is seeking a compassionate Residential Support Worker to care for children and young people in a safe, nurturing home. You will work as part of a team to follow care plans, maintain records, and support education and health appointments, while promoting inclusion and positive outcomes.

The role requires flexibility for shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with a values-led approach and commitment to safeguarding. DBS checks apply.
