Intermountain Health Logan Regional Hospital is seeking a Recreational Therapist to design and implement individualized programs that promote a healthy leisure lifestyle for patients facing physical, emotional or chemical dependency challenges.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, set goals, and document progress, ensuring safety and compassionate care while supporting rehabilitation and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Utah TRS licensure required.

Responsabilités

• Maintains safe, consistent and supportive environment per treatment plan.
• Coordinates initial and ongoing evaluations of patients per diagnosis and physician referral.
• Sets realistic rehabilitation goals after assessment.
• Communicates treatment recommendations to the team and identifies strategies.
• Facilitates assessment and re-assessment of patient needs for recreational therapy.
