• Develop, implement, and oversee therapeutic recreation programs for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess residents' needs and preferences.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the therapeutic recreation team.
• Organize activities that support entertainment, exercise, relaxation, and expression while addressing residents' needs.
• Create a warm, inclusive environment that encourages participation.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Assist families of residents to explore hobbies and leisure activities.
