Job summary

ArchCare seeks a dedicated recreation therapist to support PACE participants through comprehensive assessment, therapy, and care coordination within a multidisciplinary team. You will design and run programs that promote independence and social engagement, both individually and in groups, to maximize quality of life for elders.

A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required, with bilingual skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in elder populations in a patient activities program within the last five years.
• Bilingual candidate is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment, recreation therapy and coordination of 24-hour care for PACE participants as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Plans and conducts a comprehensive program of individual and group recreation to promote independence and socialization.
