Job summary

Pro-Staffing Locums Limited is seeking two Therapeutic Radiographers to join a radiotherapy department delivering cancer treatment at Durham. You will provide accurate, safe radiotherapy treatment while supporting patients through their care journey.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering radiotherapy, performing image-guided checks, supporting patients, supervising students and adhering to radiation protection regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in radiotherapy planning and delivery.
• Ability to perform image-guided radiotherapy checks.
• Patient-focused communication and support during treatment.

• Perform image-guided radiotherapy checks to ensure treatment accuracy.
• Provide information, reassurance and support to patients during treatment.
• Monitor patients for side effects and refer to the wider team where needed.

• Follow radiation protection regulations (IR(ME)R) and departmental quality standards.
