Qualifications

• Completion and license from an accredited massage therapy program.
• Licensed from the Washington Board of Massage Therapists.
• Thorough knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques.
• Ability to communicate well and work with team members in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic massage and soft tissue manipulation under physician direction.
• Provide hourly hands-on time with a focus on patient comfort and care.
• Create and maintain patient chart notes documenting visits.
• Ensure cleanliness and disinfection of the massage room before and after visits.
• Maintain massage room supplies and coordinate with the office manager.
• Handle laundry and stocking of massage sheets during downtime.
• Log hours worked accurately.
