Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper temperature for hot and cold foods.
• Interpret written recipes and follow orders/instructions.
• Break down carts and remove scraps from patient trays.
• Assemble and deliver patient trays and supplements.
• Portion, weigh, and garnish food according to instructions.
• Assist patients in completing menus.
• Clean and sanitize all assigned areas.
• Organize and manage time effectively.
