Job summary

Clarion Wellness and Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support residents by preparing and serving meals according to planned menus and dietary restrictions.

Qualifications

• One year dietary experience in hospital or facility preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and file menus in accordance with policies.
• Assist in setting up food service production to ensure meals are prepared on time.
• Process diet changes and new diets from Nursing Services.
• Prepare meals according to planned menus and diets.
• Inspect diet trays to ensure the correct diet is served.
• Follow safety and infection control policies at all times.
• Assist with inventory and storage of food and supplies.
