Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Distribute and collect menus, assist patients with diet orders.
• Update patient kardex with diet changes and document nourishments.
• Visit patients to gather food preference and allergies.
• Complete production sheets and document special food requests.
• Check tray lines for diet accuracy and meal requests.
• Prepare and check early trays for timely service.
• Perform cleaning duties.
