Spurwink is hiring for live-in Therapeutic Couple or Single live-in staff to provide DSP support in a home for adults with intellectual disabilities. The role includes built-in time off and weekends, with a private living space and all utilities, groceries and rent paid.

A company vehicle with gas is available for work time. You will receive paid training, supervision and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• CRMA candidacy and medication administration capability.

Spurwink's program providing support to adults with intellectual disabilities has a unique position it is hiring for: live-in Therapeutic Couple or Single live in staff. The live-in couple/staff will do DSP work in a home, providing support to individuals with intellectual disabilities. As a live-in staff you will have regularly scheduled time-off, which can include weekends. You are provided with a private space within the home. In addition to providing a private living space, all utilities, groceries, and rent are paid for. The use of a company vehicle including gas during work time is available.

Annual combined salary for a couple begins at approximately $144,000 and individuals begin at approximately $72,000. This can be higher depending on the schedule needs of the home.
