Job summary

NeuroRestorative, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Therapeutic Counselor to deliver individual and family counseling using diverse therapeutic approaches. You will collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to plan treatments and monitor progress, ensuring documentation and compliance with standards.

The role requires a Master’s in a Human Services field, 2 years of relevant experience, and LCPC/LPC licensure, with strong communication and empathy to build trust and guide participants toward

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field required.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• LCPC/LPC licensure required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to individuals and/or families using multiple therapeutic approaches.
• Address issues such as depression, addiction/substance abuse, stress and self-esteem.
• Participate in treatment planning with a transdisciplinary team.
• Submit service summaries and billing slips with objectives and outcomes.
• Attend in-house seminars and weekly meetings to coordinate care.
• Ensure timely evaluation, progress, and discharge reports.
