Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in a related field or HS diploma with 3+ years relevant experience.
- Experience with mental or behavioral health conditions.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout the service area.
Responsibilities
- Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician.
- Create service planning for individualized supports and care coordination of health services.
- Offer linkage, interventions, and crisis prevention services.
- Serve individual clients or groups of clients.
- Promote positive relationships with outside contacts.
