Job summary

St. Norbert College invites applications for an adjunct pool of instructors qualified to teach Theology. An MA in Theology with teaching evidence is required; a PhD is preferred. Courses include THRS 117 and core curriculum offerings, taught on campus in De Pere, WI or online.

The pool remains active up to two years; five years of professional field experience and ongoing currency are preferred. CV, cover letter, and teaching evidence are requested.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in Theology.
• Evidence of classroom teaching.
• PhD in Theology is preferred.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in theology.
• Ability to teach Theological Foundations (THRS 117) and other core courses.
• Teaching in person on campus in De Pere, WI, or online.

Responsibilities

• Teach theology courses as needed, including THRS 117.
• Contribute to broader St. Norbert Core Curriculum offerings.
• Participate in dean/coordinator-driven interview and selection processes as needed.
• Provide evidence of teaching effectiveness as part of pool application.
