Escapesbysandra is seeking a Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to help clients design memorable travel experiences, with an emphasis on Disney destinations, theme parks, family getaways, cruises, and resort stays.

The role is remote, ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting families and groups from inquiry to final trip details, staying organized and responsive throughout the planning process. Training is provided to ensure expert support and up-to-date destination knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on their interests, budget, travel style, and preferred destinations.
• Research and organize vacation options, including theme park resorts, ticket options, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, excursions, and travel add-ons.
• Provide support for popular family and theme park destinations, including Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resort experiences.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and service-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, preferences, deadlines, and supporting documentation.
• Help clients understand vacation options, timelines, payment deadlines, travel requirements, and important trip details.
• Monitor multiple client requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Provide ongoing support to help create a smooth, enjoyable, and well-coordinated vacation planning experience.
• Stay engaged with training resources, supplier updates, destination information, and travel-related tools.
