Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience in theaters across our locations. You will handle transactions, guide guests to theaters, and answer questions with accuracy and courtesy.

You may also rotate through Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist roles depending on staffing needs. The role emphasizes friendly, energetic service, teamwork, and adherence to safety and food-handling standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent Guest service and communication with all ages and backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and guidance on events or promotions.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Conducts theatre inspections to monitor movie presentation and sound quality; looks for content issues.
• Keeps theatre areas clean and safe; handles lobbies, restrooms, aisles, and auditoriums.
• Prepares food and operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment.
• Sanitizes high-contact areas and adheres to food safety laws.
• Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned.
