Job summary

Regal is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations and staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and compliance with company policies. The role includes supervising employees, training, scheduling, cash handling, and coordinating with management to deliver quality movie experiences.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and some supervisory experience, with the ability to operate projection and audio-visual equipment and perform basic maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program.
• Familiarity with Regal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend theatre operations with regular attendance.
• Supervise and coach staff; schedule and direct work.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and handle basic maintenance.
• Ensure alcohol service, if applicable, complies with laws and policy.
• Manage cash receipts, deposits, and reconciling daily totals.
• Protect guest safety and manage risk as outlined in ROM policies.
