Job summary

Regal is seeking a theatre maintenance person to join our team. This hourly position covers minor repairs across theatre areas, excluding Technical Services duties, with a focus on safety and neat appearance.

Responsibilities include ensuring seats function, tile work, drywall repairs, lighting changes, painting, daily inspection reports, and helping coordinate larger repairs. Prior maintenance experience and the ability to work independently are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform essential maintenance tasks in a theatre environment.
• Candidate should be able to work independently and follow safety procedures.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred; cast member certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Repair and maintain auditorium seating and fixtures.
• Tile work and sheet rock repair.
• Paint and change light bulbs as needed.
• Train theatre personnel for minor repairs.
• Perform daily inspections and report issues.
• Assist with larger maintenance with management coordination.
• Understand alarm system operation and safety procedures.
