Job summary

Regal is seeking a theatre maintenance team member to perform minor repairs across the theatre, including the projection booth, while adhering to safety standards and company policies. The role varies between variable hour, part-time fixed/regular, or full-time hourly employment based on theatre needs and staff availability.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance tasks, training staff in safe practices, completing inspections, and coordinating with management for larger projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ability to communicate with management.
• Comfort with physical tasks and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Ensure auditorium seats are in good working order and repair as needed.
• Tile work.
• Sheet rock repair.
• Train theatre personnel in minor repairs and safety.
• Change light bulbs as needed.
• Paint work.
• Complete the daily inspections report.
• Perform other minor repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with management to obtain qualified personnel for larger maintenance needs.
• Know how to arm/disarm and operate the alarm system.
• Follow all safety and emergency procedures.
