Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming environment for Guests. Team Members are quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, promotions, and cinema policies to ensure a heroic guest experience.

Depending on staffing needs, roles may include Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist. Core duties include greeting Guests, operating the POS system, verifying tickets, answering questions, keeping areas clean, and following safety and food handling standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and eligibility to work in the US.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance required.
• Ability to communicate in English and assist Guests effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions at the register.
• Verifies tickets and directs Guests to the auditorium.
• Provides information on pricing, events, and cinema policies.
• Responds to Guest questions with professional customer service.
• Maintains a clean and safe theatre environment.
• Assists with opening/closing duties as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
