Job summary

Megaplex Theatres Park City is seeking a Custodial Team Lead for early morning shifts. You’ll supervise a cleaning crew, ensure high cleanliness standards in auditoriums, restrooms, and lobby areas, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.

You will lead by example, train teammates, and uphold safety while delivering a positive guest experience in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Exceptional cleaning skills.
• The ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• A passion for teaching and working with your team.
• The ability to handle high levels of stress (it's a fast-paced environment!).
• Physical stamina (think walking, standing, and twisting).
• Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (we’re open 365 days a year, and the show goes on!).
