Job summary

Faculty will refer students to support services and provide mentorship as needed. The position requires a terminal degree or substantial professional experience in the field, with teaching experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in a relevant discipline. Applicants with extensive professional experience in lieu of a relevant terminal degree may be considered.
• Teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver course content for credit courses.
• Prepare lesson plans and course materials.
• Assess student learning.
• Assign grades.
• Refer students to support services.
• Provide supplemental instruction and mentorship to students.
• Participate in appropriate department/unit meetings.
• Abide with USNH and KSC policies.
