Cinemark is seeking a dedicated Janitor to keep our theaters spotless and welcoming. You will clean auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas, ensuring a “clean as new” standard before opening. The role requires flexible hours, strong guest service, and adherence to safety protocols.

As part of the team, you will coordinate with management, manage cleaning tasks, and maintain equipment while ensuring a safe and efficient environment for guests and staff across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Guest service mindset and reliable attendance.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the General Manager on areas to be cleaned.
• Schedule time to perform thorough cleaning of theatre and property.
• Sweep and mop floors in auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, and more.
• Clean carpets; maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and public areas.
• Disinfect auditoriums and restrooms before opening.
• Inspect theatres to ensure cleanliness for next day.
• Replenish restroom supplies.
• Mix and apply Cinemark-approved cleaning chemicals.
• Dispose of trash and manage waste.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and closet organization.
• Guard theatre during non-operating hours.
• Ensure safety and report issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
