Job summary

Marcus Theatres Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager at Campus Ripon Cinema in Wisconsin. This part-time Theatre Management role focuses on coaching teams, delivering exceptional guest service, and leading daily operations to ensure a safe, welcoming experience.

The Associate Team Leader will supervise staff, support hiring and training, monitor KPIs, and work closely with theatre and corporate management to drive guest satisfaction and attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching associates to provide exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and welcoming environment for guests by greeting, anticipating needs, exceeding expectations and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional service.
• Supervise, motivate, reward and coach associates.
• Execute systems and processes that keep the theatre running smoothly.
• Assist with hiring, training and associate development.
• Evaluate key performance indicators to drive guest satisfaction and results.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive traffic into the theatre.
• Follow direction of the theatre and corporate management teams.
