Job summary

Author & Edit is seeking a restaurant leadership professional for Théa, a Mediterranean rooftop concept in Dallas. The role requires guiding a high-volume operation, driving guest satisfaction, and mentoring restaurant teams to deliver standout service in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze inventory and costs, implement improvements, and collaborate with a passionate team across our expanding hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant leadership role.
• An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset.
• Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams.
• Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry.
• Strong ability to analyze data, product inventory, and control of costs.
• A get-it-done approach and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Professional, yet comfortable with candid and open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind.
• Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Highly responsive and collaborative, a team player who approaches work without ego
