Job summary

TheWin~Dow in Santa Monica is seeking a Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eager to provide great experiences for our guests, be organized, consistent, and efficient.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a line cook; scratch kitchen strongly preferred
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Commitment to recipe adherence, food safety, and quality control
• Active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate must be maintained

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to spec and presentation standards
• Assist in station setup, rotation and line maintenance
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, temperature logs, and food safety practices

The pay range for this role is:

23 - 25 USD per hour (The Win-Dow - Santa Monica)
