Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Chattanooga, TN, is seeking a bartender to join our team. You will set up and break down the bar, prepare cocktails to Beverage Standards, and promptly take drink orders from guests and servers.

Responsibilities include handling checks per policy, stocking and cleaning duties, and maintaining inventory. The role requires excellent customer service, flexibility for nights and weekends, and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
