Arctiq in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Senior Project Consultant to lead modern work and endpoint deployments for mid‑market and enterprise clients. You will assess the current state, draft the design, secure customer sign-off, and build endpoint management, information protection, and Microsoft 365 workloads across cloud and hybrid environments.

You’ll collaborate with senior consultants on AD, Exchange, and tenant migrations, deliver mostly remote engagements with occasional travel, and mentor

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and design phase, produce design documents and obtain sign-off.
• Design and implement Intune and Autopilot deployments for large device fleets.
• Implement Purview labels, DLP, retention and prepare tenants for Copilot readiness.
• Configure Entra ID CA and MFA in production tenants.
• Deliver projects per approved SOW and manage scope changes with PM.
• Estimate effort and scope for Modern Work opportunities.
• Produce runbooks and assist in knowledge transfer to customers.

Position Overview

The Senior Project Consultant – Modern Work & Endpoint delivers Microsoft 365, Intune, and Purview projects for mid-market and enterprise clients in Arctiq's Microsoft practice. The role is hands‑on and customer‑facing: you assess the current state, write the design, get the customer's sign‑off, and then build and hand over endpoint management, information protection, and Microsoft 365 workloads across cloud and hybrid environments. You will be the practice's second deep resource on Intune and Purview, working alongside senior consultants who cover Active Directory, Exchange, and tenant migrations. Most engagements are delivered remotely, with occasional travel for kickoffs, critical milestones, or customer workshops

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and design phase of each engagement, produce the design document, and obtain customer sign-off before build or cutover
• Design and implement Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot: enrollment, configuration and compliance policies, application deployment, update rings, and migration from Group Policy or Configuration Manager
• Implement Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, and retention, and prepare tenants for Microsoft 365 Copilot (oversharing and access review, licensing prerequisites, pilot design)
• Configure the Microsoft 365 security baseline: Entra ID Conditional Access and MFA, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Secure Score improvements
• Deliver projects to the approved Statement of Work; identify scope changes early and support the change‑order process with the Project Manager
• Estimate level of effort and review proposed scope for Modern Work opportunities so that what Arctiq sells is what it can deliver
• Produce assessment reports, designs, runbooks, and as‑built documentation the customer can operate from; mentor other consultants on endpoint management and Purview
• Report status to the Project Manager and practice leadership; enter time, expenses, and project activities accurately and on time

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering Microsoft 365 and endpoint management solutions, including 3+ years in a consulting or professional-services role
• At least one current certification: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate (SC-401), or Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• Led an Intune and Autopilot deployment of 500+ devices, including at least one Group Policy or Configuration Manager to Intune migration
• Implemented Microsoft Purview (labels, DLP, retention) for a regulated or multi-entity customer
• Rolled out Entra ID Conditional Access and MFA in production tenants, including hybrid-joined devices
• Microsoft 365 licensing knowledge (E3, E5, F1 and F3, Business plans, add-ons) and experience with license reviews or renewal planning
• PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation for tenant and endpoint administration
• Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; design documents that customers signed off on

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure fundamentals applied to Microsoft 365 and endpoint work: virtual networks, VPN and ExpressRoute connectivity, network security groups, and Azure Virtual Desktop or Windows 365 (AZ-104, AZ-700, or AZ-140)
• macOS, iOS, and Android management in Intune, including Apple Business Manager
• Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations
• Microsoft 365 Copilot pilots or readiness assessments, and Microsoft Copilot or AI credentials
• SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator or SC-100 Cybersecurity Architect
• Experience in a Microsoft partner, Microsoft Consulting Services, or FastTrack delivery role
