Job summary

The North Face in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for a late shift (9:00 PM–1:00 AM) with potential to transition to regular hours. You will be the face of the brand, delivering authentic service and product knowledge while helping customers and maintaining store presentation.

You will engage customers, support sales goals, assist with cashier duties, visual merchandising, and keep the store organized.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred; high school diploma may be sufficient.

Seasonal Sales Associate (Late Shift)*

* Please note that associates will primarily work a 9:00 PM-1:00 AM shift, with opportunities to work daytime/standard hours as well.

What do you need to succeed?

We all bring unique skills to work each day. For this role, there are foundational skills needed to succeed, along with 0-1 year of relevant experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; but we value hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements most.

The foundation skills you will need to succeed in this position are:

• Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong communication skills-both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
