Job summary

The Part-Time Universal Worker supports residents with daily needs and helps maintain the day-to-day operations of our assisted living community. • Encourage and assist residents to participate in recreational and social activities.
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the nurse or supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents’ rights and dignity at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, caring, and safe environment.

This position is approximately 32 hours per two week pay period with opportunity to pick up additional hours as needed. Shift is 6:00 am - 3:00 pm. Every other weekend and holiday rotation.
