Job description

Chestnut Land Company is the #1, largest and fastest growing domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne's Soft Pretzels! We have 92 locations in 16 states throughout the Midwest and along the Eastern Seaboard. We're proud to say this is a great place to start a career, grow professionally, and make a difference. It is a place where everyone's voice is heard, where fun is the rule rather than the exception, and where you are recognized for your efforts and achievements.

Get Schooled

We provide the training and support you need to continue to grow and advance. Learn how to become a ROCKSTAR employee, or at least how to make some dough!

Leave your mark

Be rewarded in style

If this is your 1st job or you are a seasoned vet you will still be rewarded. All employees can enjoy a 401K and paid vacation, and once you reach management join us on an annual company convention to Las Vegas or Jamaica! No, really.

Work together, Play together

There's a lot of hard work that goes into serving and supporting our loyal customers, but we work hard and we like to play harder. After all, we make pretzels so it's impossible NOT to have fun here.
