Five Star Valet is seeking a Butler at The LILLI Miami Residences to deliver luxury hospitality and personalized service to residents and guests in a premier condominium community.

The role requires discretion, refined communication, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining an impeccable environment. You will support a luxury real estate sales setting and uphold brand standards across all interactions.

Hours

35 hours per week - FULL TIME

• - Monday-Friday: 10:00am-5:00pm
• - Saturday-Sunday: 11:00am-4:00pm
• - Must be available to work holidays and weekends

Job Description

The Butler is the embodiment of luxury hospitality and personalized service for a premier life and wellness brand developing a luxury condominium community.

This position serves as a highly visible ambassador of the brand, creating an exceptional and memorable experience for prospective residents, current clients, VIP guests, brokers, developers, and other distinguished visitors.

The Butler will anticipate guest needs before they are expressed, deliver highly personalized service, maintain an impeccable sales-center environment, and help communicate the lifestyle, wellness philosophy, and elevated level of service that will define the future condominium community.

The ideal candidate possesses the sophistication and discretion of a private butler, the warmth of a five-star hospitality professional, and the polished communication skills necessary to support a luxury real estate sales environment.

Essential Qualifications

• Driver's license for 4 years or more
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, excellent driving record and pass a background and DMV check
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, patrons and management with English language proficiency
• Employees must have a smart mobile phone with access to internet and email

Physical Requirements

• Ability to meet all physical expectations of valet parking to include:
• Stand for long periods of time (5-6 hours)
• Bend, squat, lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds (signs, podium, wheelchairs, etc)
• Work in all weather conditions heat, wind, rain

Grooming Standards

• No visible tattoos (must be covered with clothing, sweatbands or Band-Aids)
• Hair to be clean and well groomed. For males, length no longer than 1 / 2 inches above collar. No extreme hair styles
• No visible piercings. No earrings for male employees
• No beards. Mustaches neat and well-groomed and not to extend past corners of mouth
• Sideburns no longer than midpoint on ear
