The Department of Mechanical Science and Engineering in the Grainger College of Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign invite s applications for up to two full-time Lecturer positions. Successful candidates will have demonstrated expertise in numerical methods for mechanical analysis, as well as teaching in the related areas of mechanics and mechanical design.

A doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required at the start date. The budgeted salary range is as follows: $80,000 to $90,000, for a 9-month service basis paid over 12 months. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.These positions are eligible for work authorization sponsorship.
