Job summary

Akima Logistics Services (ALS) is seeking a THAAD Field Engineer to support THAAD CLS operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will perform field and sustainment level maintenance, provide training, and assist customers in operation and maintenance of TFCC systems and Launching Station under established manuals.

You will work as part of a support team, addressing maintenance, troubleshooting, data collection, and supply processes in a demanding environment, with an emphasis on safety,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Air Defense technician experience in field and sustainment roles.
• Active SECRET clearance or higher.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain a US Passport.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to reside in Saudi Arabia and work in austere environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor maintenance and sustainment programs, including scheduling upgrades.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting above EOM level for software, hardware, cabling, and electrical systems.
• Create and close Maintenance Actions within allocated time.
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings; assist with CLS training.
• Support TFCC and Launcher operations; assist with data packaging and transport.
