Responsibilities

• Support the reliable operation and maintenance of delivery equipment.
• Repair and optimize gas/chemical delivery systems and conduct daily rounds.
• Record readings, perform inspections, monitor systems, and manage inventory.
• Coordinate start-up of high-purity gas and chemical delivery equipment.
• Mentor TGCM contractors and contribute to site safety and quality.
